Job Description

  • Develop strategies and tactics alongside other company executives and staff to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
  • Plan marketing and branding objectives and ensure brand messages are consistent.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
  • Engage consumers on social media by producing valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
  • Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership/relationships activities with key
  • industry players, agencies and vendors and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners, ads to hard copy brochures and case studies.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.

Job Requirements

 

  •  2 Years of experience minimum as Digital Marketing Manager 
  •   5 Years of experience minimum in Digital Marketing Field 
  •   Bachelor’s degree / or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in marketing,
    business administration or any relevant field.
  •  Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results.
  • Exposure to digital and direct response marketing.
  •  Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages.
  •   Experience with SEO , Media buying, Graphic design and content Management
