Job Description
- microbial limit test (quantitative & qualitative tests) for under-processed, finished products, raw materials and packaging materials.
- Performing all environmental tests (settle plate, air sampler, particle counter, compressed air) for the production areas, the laboratory, the weighing rooms and the sampling booth in the warehouse
- Analyze the water used by washing machines in different production areas.
- Growth promotion test to ensure the validity of the used food media.
- Doing a daily check of the devices of the microbiology laboratory (incubators - temperature and humidity meters - pressure difference counters - daily, except for the monthly data loggers) to ensure that they meet the required specifications.
- Preparation and measuring of biological assay microorganisms.
