Job Description
- Monitor and maintain the performance of key business applications.
- Ensure continuous availability and reliability of applications to support business operations.
- Perform routine checks, backups, and system health assessments.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues reported by users and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions in ticketing systems.
- Assist in planning, testing, and implementing application upgrades and patches.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to schedule maintenance and minimize downtime.
- Provide end-user support for application-related issues.
- Offer training and guidance on best practices for using enterprise applications.
- Create and update user guides, FAQs, and documentation.
- Work with third-party vendors for application-related support and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and manage vendor performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in application support , IT operations, or related roles.
- Experience with enterprise application management (e.g., ERP(Oracle),Robotics, Jupiter or custom business systems).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL.
- Strong Knowledge with database management, scripting, and system integrations is a plus(SQL,Oracle and PL-SQL).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
