Job Description

 

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat regarding billing, technical issues, service plans, and account information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues related to internet, phone, TV, and other services.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns, identify root causes, and provide empathetic and clear solutions.
  • Process customer service requests, including orders, payments, and service changes.
