Drive the company’s financial planning ,budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
Supervise On finance Team (controllers, treasurers etc.)
Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
Oversee& planning and managing corporate tax revenue, and tax returns .
Handle Tax examination activities& Build and maintain good relations with relevant government(Taxation Authority, banking Sectors ,accounting firms ETC)

BSc in Accounting, Finance .
Experience: More than 15 yrs ,at least 8 yrs As Financial Manager On Smart phone field, electronics or Retail .
Proficient MS Office and financial management software user (Oracle User).
CPA or CMA Holders Are preferred.
Excellent commend of English Language is a must.
Excellent knowledge of corporate financial law
Excellent communication and people skills.
An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
