This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Care Agent at Sutherland Cairo located in Cairo, Egypt. As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your day-to-day tasks may include responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Job Requirements
