Job Title: Project Planner

Role Purpose
The Project Planner will play a critical role in shaping the success of our projects by creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment between teams and deadlines. This role requires both analytical skills and creativity, combining structured planning with the flexibility to adapt to dynamic business needs. The Project Planner acts as the backbone of project execution, ensuring that goals turn into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Project Scheduling & Planning
- Develop, update, and monitor detailed project schedules using project management tools.
- Break down project objectives into actionable tasks, timelines, and resource plans.
- Ensure dependencies, milestones, and critical paths are identified and communicated.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track progress against project plans and highlight risks, delays, or resource constraints.
- Prepare dashboards, progress reports, and performance analytics for management.
- Provide insights and recommendations for keeping projects on track and within scope.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with project managers, department heads, and team members to align deliverables.
- Act as a communication bridge between stakeholders, ensuring clarity on timelines and responsibilities.
- Facilitate regular project review meetings and follow-up actions.
Process Improvement
- Identify gaps in current project planning processes and propose solutions.
- Support in standardizing project management templates, tools, and best practices.
- Contribute to digital transformation by adopting modern project planning tools and systems.
Value Creation
- Drive efficiency by optimizing resource allocation and minimizing project risks.
Ensure that planning translates into real impact — projects delivered on time, on budget, and at high quality.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in project planning or project management support.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or other project management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Maadi residence is preferable.
