Job Description
The Project Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules and plans. This role plays a critical part in ensuring project timelines are realistic, resources are allocated effectively, and progress is accurately tracked. The Project Planner works closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Schedule Development: Create and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS): Assist in the development of the Work Breakdown Structure to define and organize the project scope.
Resource Planning: Collaborate with department heads to identify and allocate human, material, and equipment resources required for project activities.
Progress Monitoring: Track and report on project progress against the baseline schedule. Identify and analyze schedule variances and critical path activities.
Risk Analysis: Conduct schedule risk analysis to identify potential delays and propose mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Communication: Prepare regular status reports and presentations for project stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, progress, and potential issues.
Documentation: Maintain all planning documentation, including baseline schedules, progress reports, and change orders.
Change Management: Evaluate the impact of change orders on the project schedule and update the plan accordingly.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
Experience:
Minimum of [1-5] years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in a technical field such as construction, engineering, or manufacturing.
Proven experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
Skills:
