Job Description

  • Attending meetings with CEO. 
  • Writing and following up on MOM.
  • Handling some of the tasks\projects related to the CEO. 
  • Managing emails, detailed travel arrangements and agenda.
  • Handling administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence.
  • Communicates directly and on behalf of the CEO with Board members, donors, foundation staff, and others on matters related to programmatic initiatives as directed. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field. 
  • Maximum 1 year of experience in an administrative position or any related position. 
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed. 
  • Fluent Command of English
  • Excellent Communication Skills. 
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Flexibility to travel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
