Job Description
- Attending meetings with CEO.
- Writing and following up on MOM.
- Handling some of the tasks\projects related to the CEO.
- Managing emails, detailed travel arrangements and agenda.
- Handling administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence.
- Communicates directly and on behalf of the CEO with Board members, donors, foundation staff, and others on matters related to programmatic initiatives as directed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Maximum 1 year of experience in an administrative position or any related position.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Fluent Command of English
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills.
- Flexibility to travel.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
