- Responsible for all processing/digital leads in Middle East & Africa regions.
- Review technical offers as per client requirment& provide and negotiate the commercial offer.
- Review the contract and SLA document with the customer and with the internal department
- Acquiring a new non-banking customer to the bank to issue a new product.
- Maintain the relationship with the banking sector/non-banking customer.
- Follow up with PMO office status for all projects and products.
- Work with the product team to build a new product to cover business needs.
- Follow up the operation task within post-production as an escalation point for the bank
- Follow up a collection and invoicing and solve any issue with customer
- Background in Financial Services, Technology, or related field sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
