Job Description
Maintenance & Repairs:
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance to minimize machine breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery with a focus on mechanical parts such as gearboxes, bearings, lubricants, motors, and oil.
- Use vibration analysis devices to monitor the movement of machine parts.
Spare Parts Management:
- Monitor and control the consumption of spare parts.
- Ensure the availability of necessary spare parts in the warehouse.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain ISO documentation for the department.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance reports and present them to the maintenance manager.
Installation & Connection:
- Oversee the installation and connection of new machinery and equipment.
- Work and draw on SolidWorks for equipment and machinery layouts.
Target Achievement:
- Work towards achieving the maintenance department's targets and objectives.
Job Requirements
- Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in factories within the FMCG sector.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in handling mechanical parts such as gearboxes, bearings, lubricants, motors, and oils.
- Experience with HVAC systems.
- Ability to use vibration analysis devices.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks for drawing and designing equipment layouts.
- Documentation Skills:
- Ability to prepare ISO documents for the department.
- Reporting Skills:
- Capability to prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities.
- Other Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in factories, particularly in the FMCG industry.
Working Conditions:
