- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers.
- Provide accurate information and solve customer issues effectively.
- Follow communication procedures and guidelines.
Job Requirements

- Egyptians & Graduates only.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts (Females: last shift ends at 10 PM / Males: rotational 24/7).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary & Benefits:
- Net salary: 7,760 EGP/month (Breakdown: 5,707 EGP basic + 799 EGP cost of living allowance + 1,253 EGP KPIs).
- Training salary: 6,506 EGP/month.
- Social and medical insurance provided.
- Free VPN line.
- 5 working days, 2 days off (rotational).
- 8 working hours + 1-hour break.
