- Handling and initiating Customers reservations in order to increase both sales for visiting and Exclusive Doctors- and customer satisfaction.
- Post discharge, follow up with INP customers after discharge for booking any service regarding to their case
- Chronic cases, follow up by diagnosis in chronic cases to book any service regarding to their case
- Cross Selling, services' promotion in medical way Implement the technical specifications, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Build an outstanding service experience through good understanding of clinic operations and procedures.
- Establish an effective communication between him/ her and his / her peers in order to accomplish the Departments goals.
- Bachelor's Degree in Medicine or Dental or pharmacy.
