Job Description

  • Provide general office support and follow up on all administrative issues; meetings, presentations, magazine subscriptions renewal, scheduling, travel arrangements
  • Provide full support and help to all arriving / departing expatriates, including Permanent housing, temporary houses, guest houses, orientation visits and tourist visits
  • Supports operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.
  • Manage travel requests including Hotel reservations and tickets booking
  • Organize all external events and corporate periodical meetings & Conferences
  • Provide assistance with personal arrangements as needed.
  • Handling couriers inside and outside Egypt
  • Provide admin support and arrange meetings for the Business Head
  • Assist in HR duties
  • Arrange Engagement activities and outings
  • Managing telecommunication accounts for the Company (Mobiles- Internet – VPN etc  ...)
  • Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
  • Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences
  • Managing & tracking all office expenses (including telecom, stationary, printing, utilities, security/cleaning, maintenance, Petrol, entertainment, etc...) in coordination with accounting dept.
  • Implement all expenses PO on SAP.
  • Managing all corporate agreements (Hotels, travels, couriers, HK, security petrol etc.)
  • Create new initiatives to enhance service level and ensure smooth workflow

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 yrs previous experience preferred in FMCG.
  • A consistent track record of successful performance.
  • Good English and Presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, using multiple data sources.
  • Excellent Problem-solving.
  • SAP Experiences
  • Conduct other duties within the scope of this job description as required
