Process Planning and Optimization: Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to minimize waste and maximize productivity. Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
Equipment Maintenance: Conduct weekly maintenance checks on all factory machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Develop and oversee a preventive maintenance schedule.
Capacity Analysis: Generate and analyze data to determine maximum manufacturing capacity. Develop strategies to increase capacity without compromising on quality.
Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, quality, and safety. Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with the production, quality, and R&D teams to implement process improvements and troubleshoot production issues.
Documentation and Presentation: Prepare clear and comprehensive reports on process performance, improvements, and capacity analysis. Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders with excellent presentation skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering or a related field from a reputable university.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a process engineering role, preferably in electrical panel manufacturing or a related industry.
Full proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.
A proven track record of improving manufacturing processes and equipment reliability.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is highly desirable.
