ABOUT THE ROCKET MARKETING:

We are a 100% remote Facebook (META) Business Partner (https://www.facebook.com/business/partner-directory/details?id=2432607553472221) that serves the Arabic market. The founder (Hicham Zaraket) is currently based in Berlin and previously worked at Facebook for 7 years before starting The Rocket Marketing in 2018.

We are a boutique performance marketing agency and work very closely with our clients (our partners) and have a small and lean remote team working from across the MENA (Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan and Morocco). We are not your typical digital agency and everything is done remotely. We help clients scale significantly and grow with them.

Our goal is to disrupt the industry and help grow businesses across the MENA through the effective use of digital marketing (and have fun doing it!). This is why we launched “Sponsored Course” where we are helping over 1,500 businesses in the MENA grow and scale through online ads.

We focus on eCommerce, lead generation and digital products (online courses, webinars etc).

About the Job:

Are you a performance-obsessed media buyer looking to have a real impact on real businesses? We're one of the first (if not the first) agencies in the MENA market that launched courses funnels that have made millions in revenue and we are just getting started. Do you have what it takes to help us significantly scale our success?

Are you a natural data-driven problem solver and don’t let any obstacles get in the way of getting client results?

We have a very small team for a reason: we only work with rockstars who have similar values and we want to keep it this way. This role is fully remote and we are looking for someone to join full time.  

  • Create, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns on our main platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok Google amongst others)
  • Constantly optimize the performance of your campaigns using various tools and platforms
  • Conversion rate optimization of our sales funnels from top to bottom
  • Develop and update all different funnels (opt-in pages, webinar registration, courses pages) through highly converting clickfunnels pages
  • Manage all other  integrations needed for the courses and lead gen funnels to succeed (luckyorange, marketing automations, Kajabi, Zapier and other apps)
  • Work on email marketing, SMS and chatbots campaigns (messenger, telegram etc)
  • Setup all the pixel and catalog integrations and make sure our attribution it well-built (google analytics, UTMs etc)
  • Work with internal or external designers, copywriters and video editors to create and constantly optimize high performing creative materials (ad copy and design, video ads and landing pages)
  • Perform A/B testing on all aspects of your campaigns to ensure high performance
  • Create detailed media plan for all clients and a detailed list of goals and KPIs to go after daily, weekly and monthly
  • Create a reporting system and dashboards based on goals and KPIs through Google Data Studio (and/or other tools)
  • Keep up to date on the latest changes and new trends within the industry and apply them to your daily work in addition to competitor research and analysis
  • Own and manage relevant relationships with partners and clients through all relevant channels (slack, email and WhatsApp)
  • Create client-facing reports such as weekly and monthly metrics and pitch decks.
  • Present campaign performances to clients on a regular basis.
  • Create relevant standard operating procedures
  • Use Clickup as the primary Project Management Software
  • Contribute in the growth of our community by sharing learning posts and holding live Q&A sessions
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
  • Perform other related duties

Job Requirements

  • Experience in media buying for 2-6 years (performance marketing campaigns)
  • Managed ad spend of at least $10k/month profitably 
  • You love data and numbers and are obsessed with testing different scenarios until you find the winning system
  • Significant experience in Courses and Lead Gen in the GCC and beyond
  • Knowledge of CSS, HTML and JavaScrip
  • Ability to hit the ground running with no significant direction
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Fluent in English and Arabic)
