Supervise Production Operations: Oversee and coordinate day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering) or equivalent relevant field.
Experience: Prior experience in a production engineering or manufacturing role is preferred, but not mandatory for fresh graduates.
Knowledge of Production Principles: Familiarity with production principles, techniques, and methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in using production-related software, tools, and equipment. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and automation systems.
Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a production team.
Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and address production-related challenges in a timely manner.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in production processes and finished products.
