Job Description
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, preventive maintenance programs, and emergency response plans.
- Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective maintenance practices.
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide training and guidance as needed.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialised maintenance work when necessary.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or replacements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports for future reference.
- Participate in the development of long-term maintenance strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Machinal Engineering.
- 7 to 10 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager.
- Willing to work in BNS
