Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Rep. to join our sales team in lubricants sector. the candidate main role is identifying new business opportunities, providing technical expertise to customers and potential customers, work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and have good understanding of the product or service offered.

Key Responsibilities:
Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients in the lubricants sector.
Gather and analyze customer requirements to offer suitable solutions.
Conduct regular client visits.
Achieving the department sales targets and overall performance goals.
Maintain customer records and sales activity reports using CRM tools.
Participate in technical training and stay updated on new products and industry developments.
Ensure timely follow-up with clients and assist in closing deals under guidance from senior team members.
Support in organizing and attending industry exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
2–4 years of experience preferably in lubricants.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical sales role.
Familiarity with Odoo software and sales tracking tools.
