- Effective leading for Social Media Team.
- Train team members as well as implementing new strategies.
- Build and execute social media strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Work with teams to identify social media content, topics, and information flow.
- Set up and optimize accounts pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
- Oversee the moderation of all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Oversee our social media accounts.
- Responsible for planning, composing, and managing day-to-day social media communications, including advertisements.
- Use social media analytics to track engagement and identify emerging industry trends to develop the company’s overall social media presence.
