Job Description
- Responsible for receiving a statement of CIL letters from brokers or self-contained clients and including their data on the system.
- Responsible for the user system (CRM) in terms of creating new users following up on potential clients on the system and following up in general.
- Dealing with brokers by receiving customer information letters (CIL), including them on the system, and coordinating with brokers.
- Create brokers' claims forms for commission payment according to the approved payment method.
- Participate in the contract review course.
- Preparing an orientation session for all newcomers on the CRM system.
- Submit a statement of available stock to sales.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly CRM reports to the direct manager.
- Prepare the broker's contracts, and be responsible for them.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Operation from 1 to 3 years.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
