Job Description
- As a Manager, you will manage several leaders, and each of them manages several agents
- Lead a team that sells New Homes to potential customers in luxury Compounds & Resorts
- Your team handles inbound leads and serve them to close your deals (We provide 100% of leads)
- Your job is to lead the team, train them, manage performance, generate reports, and deliver targets.
Job Requirements
- Presentable
- Bachelor Degree.
- Good English Skills.
- Candidates with the following will be preferred:
- Experience in Corporate Sales (Selling to companies).
- Experience in Selling Real Estate, Advertising, Media, or Insurance.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
