Skills And Tools:
- Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate personnel
- Design and maintain the filing system for the office.
- Design job descriptions for various positions in the company.
- Hold preliminary interviews for candidates from all sectors in the company.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies.
- Meet and greet office visitors and VIP clients.
- Monitor time sheets.
- Follow up of marketing materials (printing press, schedules and so on)
- Setup and coordinate meeting for the management.
- General clerical duties.
- Prepare correspondence for the managers.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Preferably with a minimum 2 years experience.
- The ideal candidate would have flexible timings.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English is a MUST
- Full working knowledge of Windows
