Job Description

We are looking to expand our experienced Engineering owner’s representative team.
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Prepare design development and construction documents drawings
- Support project BIM mobilization activities
- Perform QA on model deliverables to ensure compliance with Owner’s BIM Standards
- Audit and review models from all team members and sub consultants
- Provide oversight of model coordination process in design and construction
- Ensure that project teams use client approved systems for managing BIM process, files and submittals correctly
- Study and submit tender documents to contractors
- Regular site supervision and inspection of work progress
- Evaluate tender offers and provide cost analysis of the tender phases
- Evaluate contractor and consultant
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Solid experience in using in REVIT
- Extensive experience in BIM and aware of all BIM standards
- 5-10 years experience in technical office
- Construction background is a must
- The ability to work in a variety of construction environments including commercial
- Team player who shares the vision of getting things done together
- Leadership, strong presentation skills and drive with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Google Slides & Sheets (or PowerPoint & Excel)
- Excellent English communication skills
