Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead GCC sales team members towards achieving sales targets
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports
- Liaise with Marketing departments to ensure corporate/brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with all related offers/proposals etc., and ensure sales team members are on board
- Liaise with international brokers and ensure they are up-to-date with all offers/proposals and have all the collaterals needed
- The ability to penetrate new markets.
- Agility to adapt new market entry strategies according to each market insights
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years with GCC sales real estate experience
- Has excellent negotiation skills
- Presentable
- Good command of English language
- Has a sustainable network of contacts in the GCC preferable
