Job Description
- Bid Management
- Prepare and submit bid proposals in response to RFPs.
- Analyze bid specifications and ensure compliance with requirements.
- Coordinate with technical teams to gather input for bid submissions.
- Contract Management
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to agreed terms.
- Address and resolve any contract-related issues promptly.
- Customer and Vendor Registration
- Manage the customer registration process, ensuring all documentation is verified.
- Oversee vendor registration and assess compliance with requirements.
- Maintain and update the database of registered customers and vendors.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with project managers, finance, and legal teams to align on bid and contract processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding bids and contracts.
- Prepare and present reports on bid status, contract performance, and compliance.
