Job Description
- Plan shipments based on product availability and customer demand.
- Prepare and prepare shipping documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading.
- Coordinate supply chain procedures to maximize delivery quality.
- Maintain up-to-date records of orders, suppliers, and customers.
- Provide customers with information on the status of their orders.
- Follow up with shipping companies via email regarding document completion.
- Follow up and coordinate invoices with shipping company accounts.
Job Requirements
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- 3-5 years of experience
- Proficient in Supply Chain Management and Export procedures
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Ability to work on-site in Borg El Arab
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
