Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the company's IT infrastructure across HQ and factory locations.
Manage servers, networks, firewalls, internet connectivity, and data security.
Ensure smooth operation of ERP, business applications, and manufacturing-related systems.
Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance plans.
Manage IT assets, software licenses, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and technology improvements.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity standards.
Job Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and technical support.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of:
Windows Server Administration
Active Directory & Microsoft 365
Networking (Switches, Routers, Firewalls)
Virtualization Technologies
Backup & Security Solutions
ERP Systems (Odoo experience is a plus)
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to work between HQ and Factory locations.
