Supervise and manage aluminum installation teams on site.
Ensure aluminum works are installed according to approved shop drawings and project specifications.
Distribute tasks and monitor the performance of installation teams.
Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers regarding daily site activities.
Ensure proper installation, alignment, measurements, and finishing of aluminum works.
Monitor the availability of materials, tools, and equipment required for installation.
Identify and resolve installation and site-related issues.
Monitor daily productivity and ensure project deadlines are met.
Conduct regular quality checks and report any defects or issues.
Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company standards.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in aluminum installation and site supervision.
Strong knowledge of aluminum windows, doors, façades, curtain walls, and related systems.
Ability to read and understand shop drawings and installation details.
Proven ability to supervise and manage installation teams.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Previous experience in construction or aluminum projects is preferred.
