Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer with around two years of hands-on experience to join our technology team. You'll own features from design through production, write code that ships to real customers, and grow quickly alongside experienced engineers in a fast-paced environment where your work has visible impact on how events are sold and attended.
Job Requirements
Around 2 years of professional software engineering experience (internships alone do not count toward this)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Solid proficiency in at least one programming language such as Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, or Go
Hands-on experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and at least one modern framework such as React, Node.js, or .NET
Experience working with relational databases, writing SQL queries, and designing simple schemas
Experience building or consuming RESTful APIs
Comfortable with Git and collaborative workflows such as branching, pull requests, and code reviews
Experience writing automated tests (unit and integration)
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with a track record of shipping features to production
Exceptional written and verbal communication in English
Self-starter who takes ownership, pays attention to detail, and works well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
