Job Description
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for Digital Printing solutions.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts by maintaining strong relationships and delivering value-added solutions.
Conduct cold calls, client visits, and follow-ups to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, quotations, and contract renewals.
Stay updated on Ricoh digital printing portfolio, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports to management.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships with customers and work cross-functionally with technical and service teams.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
Experience in product management, sales, or business development (preferably in digital printing or office solutions).
