Job Description
- Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed for pumps or all instruments.
- Work on client sites performing general electrical and mechanical engineering duties to ensure that our pump systems are operating as specified.
- Carry out maintenance, repairs, commissioning and installations of our pump.
- Communicate effectively with the service team, providing reports and photos of pumps and associated equipment,
- Provide positive and helpful disposition and professionally communicate with customers.
- Manage, check and calibrate maintenance tools and equipment are in working condition and conduct repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Controlling maintenance stores and equipment.
- Respect the norms of quality, safety and environment in the workplace.
- Understand and control available resources to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Initiate field service reports for each customer visit/repair in order to document instrumental and/or customer problems and the resolution of those problems. Provide data for installations, warranty and customer/instrument history.
- Read catalogs and solve the problems.
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Plan for a preventive maintenance program to ensure regular check for each Machine and the least downtime in the production process.
- Develop and implement Total Preventive Maintenance Plan
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Monitors and follows up on all preventive plan for production and utility equipment
- Assign workload and supervise upkeep staff
- Monitor equipment spare parts inventory and place orders when necessary
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Develop and manage a high performing maintenance team.
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
- High knowledge in heavy equipment such as forklifts, mobile cranes and overhead cranes
- High knowledge in welding machines and compressors
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- 12+ years of experience
- Familiar with manufacturing specifications and standards
- Compliance with ISO standards
- Computers literate with knowledge of commonly used business software applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Outlook / PowerPoint).
- Ability to work flexibly with daily stress
- Planning, organization and detail orientation.
- Good English written and spoken
- Professional knowledge in Maintenance principles, methods, and applications
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to lead the team.
