Working Conditions:

Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Maintenance, or a related field.
- Relevant Certifications (e.g., Certified Electrical Maintenance Professional) are an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in an injection molding plastic company.
- Proven experience managing a team of electrical technicians.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, drives, automation, and control systems used in injection molding and plastic manufacturing.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical issues.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and other relevant computer applications.
