Job Description
Co - Teacher:
- Support the homeroom teacher in planning and implementing daily lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Assist in creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Help manage classroom behavior and reinforce school rules and routines.
- Maintain a tidy and organized classroom.
- Supervise students during class, lunch, recess, field trips, and other activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with the homeroom teacher and school staff to assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher conferences as required.
- Encourage student participation and foster a love of learning in all students.
