Doctor assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Doctor Assistant with a Nursing background to support physicians in providing high-quality patient care, with strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach. The Doctor Assistant will play a key role in assisting during consultations, performing basic medical procedures, managing patient records, and ensuring smooth clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist physicians during patient examinations, minor procedures, and diagnostic tests

Take and record patients’ vital signs, medical histories, and current symptoms

Administer medications and injections as prescribed by the physician

Prepare examination rooms and ensure cleanliness and proper sterilization of instruments

Coordinate patient flow, appointments, and follow-ups

Educate patients about treatment plans, medications, and preventive care

Ensure accurate documentation in medical records and electronic health systems

Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the physician promptly

Support infection control and safety procedures within the clinic

Perform other nursing and administrative duties as assigned by the supervising physician
