Job Description
- Collaborate with senior management to develop sales plans that meet the overall Growth plan.
- Set clear sales goals, targets, and performance metrics for the team.
- Plan monthly/ quarterly and yearly sales plans based on the company targets and strategy
- Plan the headcount needed to achieve the sales targets required.
- Establish and implement a consistent sales methodology to guide the sales team in effectively moving prospects through the sales funnel.
- Continuously evaluate and refine sales strategies, processes, and methodologies based on market dynamics and feedback from the sales team.
- Conduct business meetings with customers to increase customer value and volume
- Conduct business webinars with interested customers
- Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets and provide regular feedback to sales representatives through the team leaders.
- Recognize and reward outstanding sales performance to enhance the department outcome and growth plan
- Develop a robust sales forecasting process to accurately predict future sales performance.
- Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, and progress towards targets.
- Foster a collaborative and cohesive sales team environment by facilitating regular team meetings, sharing best practices, and encouraging knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the relevant industry (e.g., Education, Health Care, Fintech, real estate, etc., if applicable).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics.
- Market research and strategic planning expertise.
