Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging Arabic lessons aligned with the school curriculum and educational standards.
- Teach Arabic grammar, vocabulary, composition, and reading comprehension at the appropriate level for the stage.
- Introduce students to Arabic literature, poetry, and classical texts (especially in preparatory and secondary levels).
- Design assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Differentiate instruction to support a variety of learning needs and abilities.
- Encourage students to develop strong communication and critical thinking skills in Arabic.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials in advance.
- Participate in curriculum development and school events.
- Communicate with parents about student performance and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Arabic Literature, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certificate/license (preferred or required depending on school system).
- Minimum of 2–3 years of teaching experience at the appropriate educational stage.
- Deep knowledge of Arabic grammar, rhetoric, and literature.
- Ability to engage students with varied instructional techniques and resources.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic; proficiency in English is an asset.
- Ability to use educational technology and digital resources effectively.
