Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist

• We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist to manage and oversee all logistics, shipping, stock control, and product registration operations for our company. The ideal candidate will coordinate with warehouses, accountants, purchasers, and sales teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The candidate must have a solid background in logistics management, inventory control, shipping documentation, and product registration with the Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA).

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate must also demonstrate the ability to independently provide suggestions and recommendations to streamline, improve, and optimize logistics and stock control operations, applying their knowledge and experience to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Manage inventory levels, monitor stock daily, and ensure accurate reporting of inventory movements.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and shipping companies to arrange and optimize shipments.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork.
• Handle SFDA product registration and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and resolve logistics issues related to transportation, warehousing, or inventory discrepancies.
• Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
• Implement logistics policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align logistics and supply chain operations with business goals.
• Support cost-effective supply chain and transportation solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control.
• Strong knowledge of shipping models, methods, and documentation.
• Experience in SFDA product registration is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• تنسيق والإشراف على العمليات اللوجستية اليومية لضمان تسليم البضائع بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
• إدارة مستويات المخزون ومتابعة التقارير اليومية للحركة المخزنية.
• التواصل مع الموردين وشركات الشحن لتنظيم الشحنات وتحسين كفاءة سلسلة الإمداد.
• إعداد ومعالجة أوامر الشراء، مستندات الشحن، الفواتير، والمعاملات الجمركية.
• تسجيل المنتجات في هيئة الغذاء والدواء والالتزام بجميع المتطلبات التنظيمية.
• متابعة وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالنقل، التخزين، أو فروقات المخزون.
• تحليل بيانات اللوجستيات لتحديد الثغرات واقتراح فرص للتحسين.
• تطبيق السياسات والإجراءات اللوجستية بما يتماشى مع معايير الشركة.
• التعاون مع الإدارات الداخلية لضمان توافق الأنشطة اللوجستية مع أهداف الشركة.
• المساهمة في تنفيذ حلول فعّالة من حيث التكلفة للنقل وسلسلة الإمداد.

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة اللوجستيات، سلسلة الإمداد، ومراقبة المخزون.
• معرفة قوية بأساليب ونماذج الشحن والمستندات المطلوبة.
• خبرة عملية في تسجيل المنتجات في هيئة الغذاء والدواء شرط أساسي.
• إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
• مهارات تنظيمية وتحليلية وحل المشكلات.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة الأولويات المتعددة.
