Job Description
We’re looking for a friendly and organized person to become our sales/customer service representative. She/he will be handling and assisting our customers both online and in our showroom in Sheikh Zayed.
Job Description:
- Answering customer messages, WhatsApp, emails and phone calls.
- Assisting customers in our showroom
- Helping close our sales targets
- Logging in/communicating orders to our operations team
Job Requirements
- Good command of English reading and writing
- Good command of excel, Google sheets/docs
- Friendly, presentable person
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- 0-2 years of experience. Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Work Conditions:
- Working Hours: 5 days a week on seven-hour shifts (Thurs, Fri & Sat included)
- Location: Sheikh Zayed
- Compensation: Monthly Salary + commission based on sales target achievement + annual bonus
- 21 days annual paid leave
