Job Description

We’re looking for a friendly and organized person to become our sales/customer service representative. She/he will be handling and assisting our customers both online and in our showroom in Sheikh Zayed.

Job Description:

  • Answering customer messages, WhatsApp, emails and phone calls.
  • Assisting customers in our showroom
  • Helping close our sales targets
  • Logging in/communicating orders to our operations team

Job Requirements

  • Good command of English reading and writing
  • Good command of excel, Google sheets/docs
  • Friendly, presentable person
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • 0-2 years of experience. Previous experience in customer service is a plus

Work Conditions:

  • Working Hours: 5 days a week on seven-hour shifts (Thurs, Fri & Sat included)
  • Location: Sheikh Zayed
  • Compensation: Monthly Salary + commission based on sales target achievement + annual bonus
  • 21 days annual paid leave
