Job Description

1. Register courses for all students.
2. Keep and update all the university students records according to their registration.
3. Organize and administer the records, registration, and graduation functions.
4. Process the change of major requests repair and report.
5. Implement course drop/add and repeat.
6. Conduct transfer of credits for students.
7. Enforce holds on the students for academic or financial purposes.
8. Update students record after receiving the grades every semester.
9. Process students’ withdrawals from university.
10. Prepare graduation lists in coordination with the responsible parties.
11. MS Office Knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc..). 

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. Experience in power campus at least 2-3+ year.
3. Excellent command in English Language in both spoken and written.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable.
6. Can prioritize tasks and works well under pressure.
7. Good team player within a multifunctional team.
8. Fine attention to details.
