Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Presales Cybersecurity Engineers who will work closely with our Sales,
Product, and Technical teams to support cybersecurity solution design, technical presentations,
proposal development, and client engagements. The role requires a deep understanding of
cybersecurity technologies and the ability to communicate complex solutions to both technical and
non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer business and technical requirements, and translate them into effective
cybersecurity solutions.
- Conduct solution presentations, technical workshops, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documents.
- Work with internal teams to design tailored security architectures aligned with industry standards
and best practices.
- Support Proof of Concepts (PoCs), pilot projects, and client evaluations.
- Stay updated with emerging cybersecurity technologies, threats, and market trends.
- Act as a technical advisor during customer meetings and discussions.
- Coordinate with delivery and operations teams for handover and implementation planning.
Job Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Cybersecurity with a focus on presales or solution architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains including:
* Network Security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN)
* Endpoint Protection
* SIEM/SOC Solutions
* IAM/Privileged Access Management
* Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Security Frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SAMA/NCA compliance)
- Experience working with tools like Palo Alto, Fortinet, Splunk, QRadar, Tenable, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to draft technical documentation and solution proposals.
Preferred:
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, Palo Alto PCNSE, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in GCC or working with Saudi market is a plus.
