Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Senior MERN Full Stack Software Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of our web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). You should have extensive experience in software development and be familiar with Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of software design principles.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex web applications using the MERN stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 5+years of experience in software development with a strong command of JavaScript.
- Proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Solid understanding of web development fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
- Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub or similar version control systems.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
