Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare the sales forecast aligned with company strategy and objective.
- Work to achieve the Sales targets.
- Manage, lead and develop supervisors, Sales Reps and promotors.
- Responsible for selling and distributing Company ' products.
- Maintaining the required implementation plans to achieve the region's sales target with suitable workforce.
- Monitoring the competitor’s activities.
- Deploy, develop, evaluate and upgrade the required workforce.
- Set and monitor the stock reordering level.
- Set the marketing activities budget, in lining with company's annual growth strategies.
- Applying sales strategies and implementing action plan for the set targets.
- Recognize opportunities, present recommendations and action plans to develop the business and build the organization.
- Submit all required reports.
- Evaluate his subordinate’s performance and develop their technical skills.
- Monitor the performance of new hired subordinates and recommend for development.
- Submit suggestions and comments that lead to cost reduction and process optimization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree, preferable in commerce or business administration.
- 8-10 years of experience in the same role.
- Residence in (Mansoura, Damietta, Menoufya or Dakahlia is highly preferred.
