- Prospect, qualify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and value proposition of our FinTech solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, challenges, and goals, and offering tailored solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software, providing regular updates to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the financial services or technology industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience from 1 to 2 years.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding results.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
