Job Description

  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
  • Update accounts,perform reconciliations .
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
  • Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly / yearly closings
  • Prepare and submit the assets register
  •  following the provider invoices and their dues
  • Review and validate incoming checks and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor bank positions and manage daily cash flow to optimize liquidity and financial stability.
  • Conduct audits of accruals, payment entries, and accounts to maintain precision in financial reporting and adherence to regulatory standards.
     


 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting
  • 1-2 years experience in Accounting
  • Excellent Microsoft Office
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills
