Job Description
Leading and managing the organization’s IT activities, including the development and implementation of IT strategies, overseeing systems, networks, servers, and databases, ensuring business continuity, and driving innovation in technology solutions. Additionally, responsible for leading the IT team, managing security, and ensuring the alignment of IT infrastructure with business objective
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Communications Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the IT field, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure (networks, servers, operating systems Windows/Linux).
- Experience with ERP systems or enterprise management solutions.
- Strong background in cyber security and data protection.
- Experience in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic planning and project management capabilities.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
