Supervise and lead the accounting team; ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing.
Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure proper classification of accounts in accordance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP).
Oversee cost accounting and monitor manufacturing costs including raw material, labor, and overheads.
Analyze variances between actual vs. standard costs and prepare detailed cost reports for management.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and KPI dashboards.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with company policies.
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes in coordination with other departments.
Work closely with the procurement and production teams to track inventory, wastage, and raw material usage.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and government authorities for audit and compliance matters.
Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance financial accuracy.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA / CMA is a plus).
12–15 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably wood, furniture, or carpentry.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory control, and manufacturing ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, or similar).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, financial modeling, and accounting software.
In-depth knowledge of tax laws, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
