Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to Seat vehicle owners, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and accurately document their vehicle's issues or service requirements.
- Utilize your expertise in Seat vehicles to assess and diagnose customer concerns effectively.
- Explain recommended services and repairs to customers, addressing any questions or concerns and providing accurate cost estimates.
- Schedule service appointments and efficiently coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and vehicle histories.
- Collaborate with the parts department to ensure the availability of required Seat-specific parts and accessories.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles, including any delays or changes to service timelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, seeking resolutions that meet customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technical information, service bulletins, and recalls related to Seat vehicles.
- Actively contribute to achieving service department goals and objectives, such as customer satisfaction targets and service revenue targets.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of mechanical engineering
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor with a specific focus on Seat vehicles is required.
- In-depth knowledge of Seat vehicle models, their features, and common maintenance and repair issues.
- Proficient in using automotive service management systems and computer software for documentation and communication purposes.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively diagnose and explain technical issues to customers in a non-technical manner.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
