Job Description

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to Seat vehicle owners, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  2. Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and accurately document their vehicle's issues or service requirements.
  3. Utilize your expertise in Seat vehicles to assess and diagnose customer concerns effectively.
  4. Explain recommended services and repairs to customers, addressing any questions or concerns and providing accurate cost estimates.
  5. Schedule service appointments and efficiently coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and vehicle histories.
  7. Collaborate with the parts department to ensure the availability of required Seat-specific parts and accessories.
  8. Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles, including any delays or changes to service timelines.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, seeking resolutions that meet customer satisfaction.
  10. Stay up-to-date with the latest technical information, service bulletins, and recalls related to Seat vehicles.
  11. Actively contribute to achieving service department goals and objectives, such as customer satisfaction targets and service revenue targets.
  12. Continuously build and maintain strong relationships with Seat vehicle owners to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor of mechanical engineering 
  2. Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor with a specific focus on Seat vehicles is required.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Seat vehicle models, their features, and common maintenance and repair issues.
  4. Proficient in using automotive service management systems and computer software for documentation and communication purposes.
  5. Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  6. Ability to effectively diagnose and explain technical issues to customers in a non-technical manner.
  7. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
