Job Description
- Administers and maintain servers and systems.
- Investigates and coordinates the resolution of potential and actual service problems.
- Plans installation and testing of new systems.
- Ensures that system is tailored to facilitate the achievement of service objectives.
- Maintains reliable system performance through active monitoring of error logs and user-reported Systems issues.
- Work with Support and administrators to conduct routine system audits.
- Document current systems infrastructure and create documentation for new implementations.
- Develops implementation plans for dealing with new Systems implementation.
- Ensure Systems availability by following high availability and backup standards.
- Backup verification to ensure reliability of systems and user data backup.
- Maintains inventory of current systems hardware and software.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of computer science or any related filed of studies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 5-7 years of experience in IT filed.
- Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Active directory is a must.
- Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Exchange is a must.
- Strong Knowledge in Office 365 services and products.
- Knowledge of network topologies and protocols is plus.
