Job Description

Strategic & Business Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies; Establish sales objectives by forecasting annual sales targets for regions/territories, sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  •  Prepare and develop targets at a national level to then be broken down to regional levels; Oversee national sales, and Develop creative sales technique and tactics in order to achieve sales targets and to meet business goals. 
  • Prepare and contribute to the development of sales budget with assistance from finance; perform adjustments according to the strategic objectives of the organization such as increasing marketing budget over sales budget. 
  • Contribute to develop pricing strategy which maximizes profits and market share; by gathering all the information about product prices of the competitors then compare with company products prices. 

Team Management & Development 

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department and Follow up sales growth with line sales manager on daily basis.  
  • Develop manpower plan annually according to business need and target breaking down which determined based on client/physician list with its territory. 
  • Maintain and develop the sales team by assisting in recruitment process, Performance development and in analyzing training needs in cooperation with HR department. 
  • Provide leadership through a quarter effective communications with team members to review and follow up team performance and achievements based on the formula (60 % achievement – 40 % Performance). 
  • Analyze performance reports submitted by line managers in order to recognize top producers and to promote proven leaders to management or supervisory positions.

Operation 

  • Prepare and review analysis reports of the data that had been gathered from distributers. 
  • Follow up and review manufacturing progress reports in order to help supply chain department in developing the production plan aligned with sales targets.  
  • Analyze and monitor sales performance metrics in order to identify strengths and weakness of a particular promotion. 
  • Prepare sales contracts, proposals, and reports for management and customers. 
  • Maintain sales management and reporting tools; prepare presentations to executive management showing current sales figures which help in achieving business objectives.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency. 

Customer 

  • Build productive, positive and professional relationships with key opinion leaders KOLs by understanding their needs, and providing timely and effective solutions aligned with their requirements in an effort to promote certain products. 
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities based upon market trends.  

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Cosmetics / Mass Products (Cosmetics) is a MUST.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
